Pico Cuadro’s wine philosophy is centred on the careful selection of vineyards planted in the best terroirs of the Ribera del Duero appellation to include old vines, character plots, vineyards with history and unique locations.

The Pico Cuadro story began in 2004 with Felipe Castrillo Martin, the winemaker and director of the bodega. In the following year we produced our first wines, releasing on the market just 8,800 bottles of the excellent 2005 vintage.

Today we are ready and prepared to take on the challenges of the future with optimism. Work on the winery in Quintanilla was finished in 2008, and we are now able to respond to the increasing demand for our wines in the world market.

The winery has specially designed wine-making equipment at its disposal that enables the production of wines of the highest quality. The current maximum production capacity of the winery is 55,000 bottles.
