The building in which the winery is housed is of popular design, free of any superfluous elements; and closely resembles the traditional” lagares” (houses with large stone troughs for treading grapes) which were once commonplace in Quintanilla de Onésimo. Simple, sober and austere in style, making no concessions to the superfluous and limiting itself to what is most practical and what it was designed for –making wine.
